All services are to be booked online or by contacting spa directly. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit are required in order to secure appointment. Deposits shall be applied to the service on the date of service. A card on file is required at the time of scheduling appointments. Card on file shall be charged 2-3 days before upcoming appointments on all appointments re-booked during clients last visit.To avoid late cancellations, no shows, late arrival fees we ask that you give a 24-hour notice. In the event of an emergency we ask that the client contact spa directly. Management may honor a courtesy re-book based upon the nature the circumstances. A courtesy re-book is NOT a guarantee. If your appointment was scheduled by contacting spa directly an invoice shall be sent via email. Invoice must be fulfilled in order to schedule appointment. Upon check-in a card on file shall be added at that time.If the invoice is NOT fulfilled the system shall cancel invoice and the appointment then becomes available to the next client. BEBJM does not charge card outside of services rendered or policies. There are NO REFUNDS on any service(s). We are a private intimate spa and we ask that you do not bring children or other guest that are not being serviced. SKIN CARE CLIENTS:
Clients are required to book online and fill out any online consent forms online and upon arrival. We ask that you make the Esthetician or Technician are aware of any allergies or medications taking daily. Thereafter, consent forms are updated annually or if client have not visited within 60 days.
Extraction service are for those that have had a skin consultation, routinely under facial treatments or recommended by Esthetician/Technician. If client, has not had facial services within 60 days Esthetician will recommend our Signature or Acne Relief Facial depending upon skin's condition.
Facial consent forms are updated annually it if clients has any new allergies, or medications. Please be sure to make Esthetician/Technician aware of any new or current allergies or medications. If client has not been serviced within 60 days of last facial an updated intake form maybe requested.
Extraction service are for those that have had a skin consultation within 60 days , routinely under facial treatments or recommended by Esthetician/Technician within 60 days. If client, has not had facial services within 60 days we may recommend Our Signature Facial or Acne facial depending upon skin's condition.
OTHER SERVICES IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
New & recurring brow clients a intake form shall be filled out before your initial visit. Thereafter, forms are updated if client has any new information such as medications. Intake forms are also updated annually or if policies changed. If you are taking Accutane, Retinol, or Retin-A we ask that you refrain from using at least 7-14 days before your treatment. Be sure Esthetician /Technician are aware of any allergies or medications currently taking or within the last 14 days.
Waxing will not be permitted to Children under the age 14. Parental consent forms available upon arrival or booking. We ask that you read the ages & descriptions provided to each services. Parents are allowed to leave tween or teen 14-17 years old during facial and must arrive 10 mins before the end of service. If parent arrives 15 mins after service, parent must stay at future appointments.
*CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. We have a 24-hour notice policy. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24-hours before your appointment begins. Otherwise, Card on file shall be charged late cancellation charges in the amount of remaining balance of service. Understand deposits are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the total cost of the service does NOT cover fee for no shows, or cancellations. No Show 100% of service or remaining balance shall be charged with card on file. We do understand unforeseen situations may happen unfortunately cancellation and no show fees shall apply. In the event of any emergencies after the 24-hour cut off (6 hours prior to appointment) contact spa directly at (757)833-4054 or (757)609-1934 some one from our team will be delighted to assist. We may offer a courtesy re-book on a case by case basis. This is NOT guaranteed. In order to possibly re-book someone from our team will contact with further information. Understand that this courtesy re-booking is time sensitive, to avoid fees being forfeited we ask that you follow up. No Cash back or No Refunds!! Clients whom card declines may be blocked from booking future appointments
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to visit website/booking site for pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
The Esthetician/Technician are on a time schedule. Any client to arrive 15 mins after scheduled appointment time will be charged a $10 late fee on brow waxing, tinting, lash, or any other waxing service. $20 on facial or any other skin care service. $30 PMU or multiple services. If client exceeds 15 mins it will be at the discretion of Esthetician/Technician to decide to keep appointments with clients that are late to adjust time appropriately to accommodate following appointments or client may have to reschedule. Appointment shall be rescheduled before leaving in order to apply non- refundable deposit towards scheduled appointments or fee will be forfeited.
** CHILD SAFETY POLICY:
Due to safety precautions and liability We CANNOT be responsible for watching your children during your appointment. If clients bring child/children that aren't being serviced appointment will be cancelled, and 100% of service will be charged to card on file. However, we may offer a courtesy re-book on a case by case basis. Courtesy re-book isn't guaranteed! If re-book is offered client must contact spa directly within 4 business days to schedule an new appointment. Courtesy re-book must be redeemed within 10 days from the date of original scheduled appointment to re-book in order to apply deposit towards service. If client does NOT re-book within time specified service fee will be forfeited. No Exceptions! We appreciate your business and understanding.
We are by APPOINTMENTS ONLY. Reserving online secures your slot with minimal to no wait time. We also like to give our clients the allotted time designed based upon service.
